Mrs Temples Cheese based in Wells-Next-The-Sea Norfolk, produces farmhouse cheeses, hand made from the milk of their own cows. Fully traceable from grass meadows to the table. They make a range of cheeses with varying flavours and textures, including soft veined Binham Blue, crumbly Walsingham, Melton Mozarella, Wells Alpine, and Gurney Gold, creamy Wighton and the flavoured Gouda type Warhams. The production of the cheese is fuelled by energy produced on their farm. They were awarded ‘Green energy Farmers of the year 2006′.
